The licence governing Spinlander’s site, applications, and services does not cover operations in certain countries and regions. Access and participation from the following territories are restricted or prohibited:

• United States of America – Federal and state-level regulatory prohibitions;
• United Kingdom – Separate licensing jurisdiction; coverage not included;
• Australia – National regulatory ban on online casino services;
• France – Regulator-imposed restrictions on non-locally licensed operators;
• Netherlands – Licensing requirements not met under Dutch regulatory framework;
• Spain – Operator not licensed under Spanish gambling regulations;
• Italy – Regulator restrictions apply to unlicensed foreign operators;
• Belgium – Belgian Gaming Commission restrictions;
• Denmark – Danish Gambling Authority licensing requirements not fulfilled;
• Sweden – Spelinspektionen licensing requirements not fulfilled;
• Portugal – SRIJ regulatory restrictions apply;
• Czech Republic – Ministry of Finance licensing requirements not met;
• Romania – ONJN licensing obligations not satisfied;
• Slovakia – National regulatory framework exclusions apply;
• Hungary – Szerencsejáték Zrt. regulatory restrictions in force.

Spinlander is not the owner of companies licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and does not manage or operate them on their behalf.

The brand holds no financial, managerial, or operational interest in those separately licensed companies. It has no authority to influence their business decisions or day-to-day operations. No responsibility is assumed for any actions, conduct, or regulatory violations committed by those companies. Any claims or disputes related to their services must be directed to the relevant company or to the MGA directly.

A digital licence verification system is available for users to confirm the current status and authenticity of the Spinlander licence at any time.

This tool functions as an official status-check mechanism provided by the Malta Gaming Authority. All texts, images, logos, and related materials displayed through the verification system remain the exclusive property of the MGA and are protected under applicable copyright law. Commercial use, redistribution, or reproduction of this content by third parties is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised use of verification materials may result in legal penalties under the regulator’s enforcement framework.

All trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers displayed on the Spinlander site and applications are protected assets belonging to the licence holder or the relevant regulatory authority.

Ownership of these marks extends beyond registered trademarks and domain names to include other brand-style elements such as visual identifiers, design marks, and distinctive branding components. Unauthorised use of any of these protected elements is prohibited under applicable intellectual property law. Violations may result in legal liability under both national and international legal frameworks.
